Définition : Travailler en mode projet consiste à organiser un travail collectif autour d’un objectif précis, dans un délai défini, avec des ressources limitées (temps, outils, budget, compétences).

Mission KIWI (Projet M2L) KIWI Mission (M2L Project)
Cette mission est reliée au projet M2L. Elle consiste à établir une connexion Wi-Fi sécurisée (clé WPA) à chaque étage. Il nous a aussi été demandé de mettre en place un serveur DHCP afin d'attribuer automatiquement les adresses IP en fonction des adresses MAC.
Organisation du travail : Nous avons décidé de découper la mission en deux tâches distinctes : un étudiant en charge de la configuration propre du serveur DHCP, et un autre étudiant s'occupant du paramétrage des bornes Wi-Fi selon les contraintes techniques imposées.
This mission is linked to the M2L project. It consists of establishing a secure Wi-Fi connection (WPA key) on each floor. We were also asked to set up a DHCP server to automatically assign IP addresses based on MAC addresses.
Work Organization: We decided to split the mission into two distinct tasks: one student in charge of the proper configuration of the DHCP server, and another student handling the Wi-Fi access point configuration according to the imposed technical constraints.
